i have a up and down pipe but i want to get a catback thats really quiet. ive looked into a lot of exhaust from the borla to the SPT and all of them are a little too loud for me. my friend has the up and down pipe with the borla hush but its not that quiet. so if you can get some help on wut exhaust i should buy it would be nice. thx

I have the borla hush + Helix UP/DP (installed by u guys) and it's loud as hell. You can hear it at the BBQ and let me know if it's normal.

 

can't get much quieter than the hush.

Basically if you're running catless it's gonna be loud no matter what you do.

Maybe try prodrive or stromug....maybe the stock sti one?

 

i was thinking about the sti exhaust. is it a 2.5 in. or a 3 in.???

 

I heard the greddy evo was plain QUIETER than the borla hush? You shouldn't worry too much about the hush system when catless, it's still low enough to swoop under cops suspicion. And you gotta take an extra hard look at a hush system to figure out if it's stock or not =P
