The hood is too cheap to be true... I'd have to see it in person to find out if I liked it or not.

I'm still set on the HKS Kansai CF hood. JDM baby...

besides the stock WRX/STI hood are lighter than most CF hoods...

since when does carbon fiber have the same ratings as beef?

Carbon Fiber is very EASY to damage with abrasions, it can be scratched and dinged real easily. It's only strong in the true, engineering definition of strength (it can survive big forces without breaking). I sold mtn bikes for 4 years, and believe me I saw some carbon fiber that got damaged pretty easily.

i think i know someone that bought that hood, and it wasn't bad quality according to him. Let me see if i can ask him what people he bought it through, just to make sure...
