It looks to me like the car took some kind of impact on the left side... or maybe just had a poorly done alignment. I've had a situation where I performed an alignment on the rack, then turned the alignment machine off and back on and found that the numbers were not quite the same.
Your inner tie rod might have come a bit loose or not been tightened right during alignment.
I'd lift the front up and start shaking stuff until you find a wobbly bit.

I would start with getting the left side's Caster within Spec or at least equal to the right side's. From what I've read most negative caster is the side that the car will pull too so that should justify looking into fixing that.

Are you stating something could still be bent?
Anyway to check this? I did 360 rotations of the steering wheel right right...right side goes 360 total of 3 times....left turning goes about. 3.25
That and the caster would be what I would look at though. Most tire shops do alignments so you should take it back to where you had the tires mounted and tell them to take a look.
You wouldnt be able to tell unless you go and get a realignment. It would just mean that they had the steering wheel slightly off center when they lined everything up so now when you hold it center you drift the left a bit.

If in doubt, FLAT OUT

Not sure about all years, but when I had my rack replaced on my 96 OBS my buddy at the shop said they can recenter it without having to remove the whole rack.
So just came back from Alignment shop..They said the Caster was not adjustable?..wtf??
They also did find some play on the left tie rod that is attached to the rack and pinion...The mechanic staying in the car, while other looked at it..
When moving the steering wheel left and right, the left tie rod moved up and down.
Did we find the culprit?

Maybe tires, not alignment. Just move wheels from right to left and check if it stops pulling to one side (it may start pulling to another side). I had exactly the same issue with my new tires. It wasn't an alignment.
