It was a stunt attempt that failed, badly. And there was never any confirmation anyone died. Ive seen worse clips on "Worlds Deadliest Police Chases" or on "Fear Factor". All you see is him bounce off the wall and fall out of view, which makes me make the kind of face those 3 ladies make, which I thought was very appropriate AND funny!

Oh well...
