John... I was wondering where you went to man. Come back and chill with us, stop chilling in Molesto... I mean, Modesto.

Don't they say that passing stones is the closest thing men will ever experience to child birth?

Congratz on the little ones, then!

AntiochCali...holy crap..I am going to get those things sooner or later. I have so many of those factors....bastards. lets see... 1. male. 2. parts of the diet (I drink mad tea, dairy etc) 3. kidney disorder (I had a hep scare a while back cause my numbers were all jacked up) 4. excess vitamin C and D. I love milk and I have a crappy immune system. vitamin C freak. 5. alcohol consumption. Dude in the last 2 weeks I've ingested probably 20k-30k mg of vitamin C..no joke.

My old room mate passed 5 of those things...all I heard was this scream like someone was taking his kidney out with a spoon. So crappy.

I feel for you man..... hopefully it's over and you don't have problems in the future...be careful. My buddy has to be constantly aware of his diet. Sucks for him because he's like the healthiest dude ever. Ripped. Doesn't drink..etc. he still gets them.

If you guys are worried, don't be worried unless you family has a history of them. My uncle gets them and so does his son. Luckily I have no blood relation w/ my uncle. Having said that, he was the strongest man I know. Nothing could bring him down, but passing stones laid him out for 4 days solid.
