What a ****ing douche. Sad thing is there are tons of these ****ing leaches that do this all day everyday to "earn a living". Gives all lawyers a bad name. ****wads.

Isn't there supposed to be some kind of law against frivolous lawsuits?

Some people are only alive because it is illegal to kill them.

I'm sure the $250,000 of the settlement that will go to him as "lawyer's fees" will help quell any moral guilt.

actually i think he might be one of those guys that did sue a bar for that. i always hear about this in ca. its got to be this guy.

Maybe we can file a class action suit against him for tying up the court system?

Where does it say though that businesses have to treat people equally? Or is the Oakland A's a public organization? I assumed it was private.
