I want that done. Anyone confident enough and handy with a dremel or similar tool to install this for me?

I would give it a shot myself but I don't know how to install a boost gauge to begin with. Will be compensated! thanks i clubbers

IIRC, WRX USA is a member here who has his done like that. Might try checking with him who did his. He used a smaller gauge and it still allows air flow I believe too.

i pulled the ring out to plastidip my center console just now and with the vent ball exposed it looks like if i just destroy the ball with a sawz all or something and rip the whole thing out i should have the space to shove the 60mm gauge up in there.

You can pull that swiveling ball out of the tube by turning it around backwards (with considerable force) and ripping it out with a pair of pliers.

I made a backing plate out of cardboard temporarily and double sided taped the gauge to it with a cardboard spacer. You could also pad the outside of the cylinder of the gauge until it slip fits into the opening.

Always +1!!!! But is it Jameson or Jamison? He is such an asset to the bay area Subaru community.
