But to be honest, I know quite a few people that are in wheel chairs that drive cars. A couple of them are guys I went to high school with... They have a lot of upper body strength from not using their legs. They can plop out a specially made wheel chair that folds in half and is used for that specifically (so they person can use it without the help of others). It's very light weight and is used for short distance errands. So yeah, you bastards, it's used for people like that!

there are 2 ways of using this pump. If you are on the wheelchair then u can use the debit card box which is close to the ground. This would be useless if the pump handle is way up. Here is the classic usability case.

Some places they just have to give something for the disabled.

there was a cheer leader couch at my highschool... yes cheer leader couch, who was paralized, she could move her shoulders and that's about it... she had a special van that should would press a button on her race chair and it would open up the door a lil thing would come down and she could get into the van. Then she would go behind the steering wheel and the chair would literally lock into place. Then should would strap one arm to this **** on the steering wheel, and this other on a hand accelerator/decellator... the van was CRAZY

I was thinking the same thing. I thought he would have caught the mistake the second time.
