Can anyone view this video of my car getting hit?

I work at an appartment complex and a tenant at my work hits my car that was parked inside the parking garage. Turns out he tells my insuance that he denies the whole thing.

my question is can anyone video this video on there computer? cause my computer at home can't view it for some reason. Does anyone know what codec i would need to watch it? thanks

I tried to play it with VLC and it didn't even see any video signal. The file is only 164 kb. That video would be like 2 seconds long. I think your tech guy screwed up the video he gave you. Ask him for another copy of the file he was playing at work.

in case the codec doesnt install correctly, using the batch file, right click on the INF file and select INSTALL...
