Camcorder advice?
Do any of you video gurus have a recommendation on a good camcorder? I'm going on vacation soon and want something that takes really clear HD video and has a good internal hard drive with plenty of storage. Also, a camcorder with night vision mode is a plus. My price range is around $1000+/-
What would you recommend?

That's a lot of $$$ to drop on a camcorder.
Unless you really think you need good low light capability and lots of optical zoom, I would have to agree with the above post and say Flipcam. It doesn't have many features, but it's very portable and easy to use. Plus, it doesn't matter how good the camera is if you don't do a good job editing the footage.

Flip cams are good/inexpensive ways to go about recording video. The downside is, they suck in low light conditions. I use a Sony Handycam with an IR illuminator which works very well at night.
