I don't really see whats so crazy about predicting earth quakes. I think the dude made a lot of sense. He's not using dead fish and full moons as some sort of voodoo or symbolism, he's using science, patterns and logic.

Think about it, during this seismic window the earth will be undergoing huge stresses with the different tides, and thats going to shift, squeeze and grind the tectonic plates as they absorb these huge forces. I'm no geologist but if you know a bit about the earth was formed it's not that crazy to imagine.

 

You guys have a lot more to worry about than earthquake. It's true large earthquakes scare us and make us think about our future, but there is something more serious coming soon.

Perhaps he doesn't believe the word of Jesus Christ as written in the gospel of Mark, Chapter 13, specifically verses 24-32. Focus on verse 32...

For those not versed in the Bible teachings:

25And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.

i mean 20-30 years ago, when i was a young'en and going to public schools. we were drilled that calif is looking at a major EQ in the next 20-30 years...



look folks...

we know we live in EQ. no doubt about it. there is no predicting it so the only choice we have is to prepare for SURVIVING that big one, IF AND WHEN it comes.

the one good thing to come out of the japan event is that once again... prepping is in the minds of everyone.

Angels are "aliens" or extra terrestrials btw. When Adam and Eve were born that's genetic engeneerin from the aliens from the start take the limb from Adam and make eve. What is the heavens? It is space. He'll isn't a place of fire it's just void. We are in the end days and "in the beginning god created heavens and earth. So what was before the beginning and who says a god Kant create a god and make it so the other god never knew it was created?

 

My brother called me from China last week saying some no name ppl predicted the quake in japan. And have also predicted for us to have a quake on the 19th. I'm not one to believe this prediction bs if there are no hard facts behind it. Then I got a call from my other brother talking about the same s**t. I gotta say they have me believing it now. Rather safe than sorry :P

Well put. It is not really a well formed theory. He is simply pointing out that when the earth gets extreme gravitational forces exerted on it by the sun and moon...the loading on the locked up portions of the geologic plates changes a little. That is factual. He doesn't know how exactly it changes...just that it changes. Perhaps it will induce a slip...perhaps not.

 

my friend talked to his dad who is a geologist and his dad said that he knows that guy in the video and he is extremely infamous for making claims like such in the geologist world. LOLL

 

Even if he is right or wrong I thing we all should just be ready for whatever happens. earthquake or no earthquake it's better to be ready than sorry!

 

Yep. And looking at three large quakes around the ring of fire, you can imagine the process of whats happening. Convection currents swirling underneath the pacific plate in a clockwise motion. Amazing stuff! I'm sure I'm a geologist in another life

 

 

All of this has definately put me in the mindset that I need to get prepared. I hope a large earthquake does not happen, but it will eventually. For all this talk about the end of the world I think it may be a little much. Although I have always been curious what will happen in 2012.
