Question California DRE salesperson exam

I have my date for the test on the 27th of March. I know there's a few of you on the board that have taken it or are about to take it.

I need some more literature to study and was wondering if you people that are in "the know" have some good books for me to purchase. I already have the " CA real estate principles book" from allied schools but i need more! more!

From the stories i've heard what you learn for your principles exam is totally different from the harder state exam...which is why a lot of people fail

Thanks,

eric

There are questions about real estate laws that apply to all states, not just CA. You need to have a general idea of what those would be.

I don't know how many questions there would be regarding those questions, but there shouldn't be more than 40%. More likely around 25-30%.

I am terminating our contractual agreement on the terms of mis representation. That and you were not able to fill the minimum required sales projections.
