I saw a big white billboard on my way to the airport in Vegas last week that simply read "Buzzed Driving = Drunk Driving". I thought it was one of the best anti-drunk driving messages I'd ever seen. How many times have you heard/said, I'm not drunk, I'm just buzzed?

The message hit home.

And then I read about all of the high speed / alcohol related accidents in the Bay Area this weekend (Deadly weekend on roadways claims 8 lives). So I thought I would pass the message along. Be careful out there folks.

Wow and I was wondering why there was so much activity going on over the radio waves on Sunday morning. I just happened to be scanning them right around 2am...it's usually not that busy that late at night. Now I know.

 

when i drive back to the bay for thanksgiving...(i know it's going to be horrid), some drunk driver better not crash and delay me even more than i'm already going to be delayed.

 

The drunk driver who caused the accident usually survives.

 

which is the saddest part of alk this...I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I killed someone because I was driving drunk...

one of the people that died in the mustang were my friends friend and said that their car rolled off 580 and on the street that i lived on before i moved to san leandro... rest in peace davis wish i could of known you better
