im not really what they are called but they are the bumps on the side of the front bumpers that the sti comes with. i was wondering how those come off? are they just the 2 screws on the side?

 

are you talking about the once on the sti

 

I believe the screws are on the bottom and the clips are on the side

 

If you have a wagon, don't bother. I tried to fit a set and they didn't fit fer****. There are three clips on the top a bracket that holds it to the bumper with clips installed and three push clips on the bottom.

 

don't install the bumper spats.

I have an STi and those spats suck.

I've already replaced one, and the brackets get bent when the spats get hit, so don't bother, a real PITA.

 

i was just wondering cause to install a v-limited front lip you need those air splitter thingys.

 

just more stuff to get all scraped and curbed-up...

 

Paul, to install the Sti front splitters you need to cut off the attachment points off the back of the splitters (only for STi's, the WRX doesn't have the attachement bracket, so you need to cut it off the splitter), and then you use 3 clips and some double sided tape on the top to hold them onto your bumper. IM me for more details if you need it.
