I know this guy and this vid has been around for some time now.

Jumping is soooooooo much technique.. yeah, you gotta be in shape, but you need to know how to jump and use physics to your advantage. I wish I could do some of the things he did in that first vid... Like that triple kick flip (or whatever it was)
