Dude! I had surgery on a shoulder in December and broke my ankle 11 years ago, each of which were a major drag in themselves- you got a double compound fractured arm and an ankle in one shot? ouch!

I think you need to wear a helmet at all times and stay out of/off anything with wheels or motors.
