Pyongyang Hardcore Resistance are a hardcore/speedcore/breakcore producing duo situated in Pyongyang/North-Korea.

The first person in the duo used to live in the western world where he came in touch with
the hardcore scene. However, some years ago he decided to move to NK where his family is.
The second person has lived his whole life in NK and was influenced by the material his
friend (the 1st person) had secretly smuggled with him. They decided to start producing
their own hardcore with the message of unification of Koreas, saying a **** you
to South-Korean pop music, bringing down corrupted leaders (Kim Jong Il, Bush)
and encourage peace over violence.. with violent music!

The PHR have contacts with North-Korean refugees who help in smuggling PHR music and message
to the outside world. Due to the nature of the country's politics the PHR and associates such as the cover artist wish to remain anonymous.

Just my luck that i got to miss the EQ dyno day so i could fly in here & be greeted by another round of north korea crazy. Was working in the hotel when this stuff came on the air, too far from Seoul to be visible but it still felt pretty tense here...
My record here sucks, i was also in town for the Cheonan sinking, and before that for the first nuke bomb they set off. Local guys are starting to blame me for stuff...
Just hoping sht stays calm until i leave tomorrow...

What's seriously sad is civilian deaths... and with the wave of "humanity" kinds of people, we tie our own hands. Our own people are in arms way because of the rules of engagement. There are many dirty things that just prevent our military from being what it was before, a brute force not to be messed with. Now other countries are just dancing around with the rules.

If we were what we were before, we would have dropped it before, civilians and all. How do you think we got Japan to give up so fast? I'd drop nukes again, but that'd be just me.

We've helped South Korea build a very formidable military. It's about time we pull out of there and let them handle North Korea on their own. If the U.S. gets involved, China will inevitably follow.

Just assassinate Kim Jong Il - and keep killing their leaders until a more moderate one comes to power.

^If you do so you will create regional instability, and also create a power vacuum.
