yep. Wasnt even one or two resturaunts. It was basically a corporate policy that managers were instructed to treat blacks 'different' 
There was a huge class action suit against the whole company, since then theyve been trying to change their image. But **** em, really.

what was the deal on that?? Wasnt it the Denys on Blossom Hill Rd in San Jose where they didnt serve an african american group?
