i'm prolly going to catch some shiet for this, but when i watch these best motoring videos i hear these cars with these funny sounding bov that resemble a turkey or a squerp sound. Now i kno they dont strap a turkey caller to their bov, or at least i don't think they do? What kind of bov are they using?

Somehow, I don't think that BOV was designed to take 20 psi

Doesn't it sound like that because they're constantly off/on throttling, so that way the BOV is letting air out when they're off, but sealing when they're on to produce the reptitive type sound? I'm not exactly sure but that's why the WRC BOVs sound like a birdcall =)

Yup the BOV is "fluttering" to hold boost instead of just releasing it (very basic definition )
