Borrow single 17" wheel this weekend? (5x100)

edit: needs to be 17" wheels due to Stoptech BBK installed on the front.

Picking up a 95L from my friend this weekend and its currently on 17x8 5x100 wheels except the left rear has a spare on it due to a tire blowout.

Was planning to move the car from Fremont to Newark and would rather not drive the car on the spare since it has a 05 6spd & cusco lsd... wouldn't want to mess anything up.

Just need any 17" wheel 5x100 w/ a useable tire so I can drive it to Newark safely and move it around until I get a spot set up to park it.

I can return the wheel sometime on Sunday, will only get driven on about 5 miles.

Shoot me a pm if you got something, thanks!

You can borrow my spare. I'll make sure it's still int he shed. LOL!

It's a 17x8 or maybe 17x7.5 with a 225 on it. Tire is fine for doing what you need. Not sure if I'm heading that way or not but probably not.

I got a whole set of 16" WRX wheels. Tires are toast, but if you drive slow, you should be fine.

Anyone with a spare 17"?

Had to edit my first post, would totally just throw some 16" wheels on there but can't due to the Stoptech BBK on the front of the car.

Shoot I thought you just needed a wheel, I have 3x Superleggeras I need to get rid of (might turn one into a full-sized spare).

If it's a short distance and you are not concerned about the drivetrain, any chance you could stick 1 or 2 16's on the back and do it that way? Might be a stupid question but if you are in a pinch..

That would be perfect, but again kind of far just to borrow a wheel for a 10min drive, good to know I got yours as a backup so thank you!

I had considered doing that since I already have another set of stock rs wheels, but I am concerned about the drivetrain running that at driving speeds.

Turns out I had some luck yesterday... pulled into the shopping center down the street from my house and happened to find a worn but non-damaged Dunlop Direzza 225/45/17 tire sitting there in the parking lot.

I'll probably just go get that mounted for the short drive.
