So I was flipping thru Netflix the other night and came across this move. "Born to race". I've never heard of this movie before. Wasn't bad though, main guy drives an 04 STi. He does 9sec with the stock TMIC!!! If your cruzing for a entertaining movie check it out! Here's the beginning.

Yea its entertaining but i thought they would try and make it a lil more realistic

 

haha snoopy408 and i were talking about this the other day. the movie was surprisingly good. aside from that 9 second pass it was a fairly accurate movie too.

 

It was really hit and miss. Acting was ok but with unknown actors. They tried to be realistic, but they really didn't.

All and all, evil dude drives a black 2011 5.0 mustang and the good guy an 04 white sti

 

i kinda thought it was funny that he was pulling the ebrake throughout town.

 

Did you guys noticed when someone cut the brake line from the rear and his dad found the cut at front brake? After he got in the crashed

 

I think you should have a DISCLAIMER: this movie is about drag racing teenagers.

The only redeeming quality of the F&F franchise is the huge budgets and special effects. This movie is the same, except it has neither of those things and is focused on an angry teenager. It's an after-school special. But it has Subaru, so I watched it anyway.

 

Im watching it right now. I check I club and what do I see?!?? Lol

 

This movie is so bad you had to stop and check i-club just to be sure Subaru is still cool, right?

 

Yes. Especially when he had all those power mods and oem rubber lines lol

they put the 04/05 front end on it because thats what the director wanted. If i remember correctly its an 06.
I was talking with the driver at Capitol Subaru when they did a norther cali promo a few months back.
