BofA ATM...no $20's
So I went to Bank of America in San Jose off Capitol Ewpy and silvercreek...went to get $40 bucks but it only let me pull out a min. of $50.
and it dispersed a $50. This was new to me...anyone know why they are doing that??

i went to BofA last night over at McCarthy and the first machine didnt allow me to withdraw money but the machine next to it let me, weird.
Ok... I WORK at BofA in the Cash Vault (where the ATM cash is actually created into bricks n' sold to vendors n' branch sites to put into their ATM machines).
The 50 dollar thing, I have no clue.
The machine that doesn't give out money, but the one next to it does...
Is probably because the first machine you tried was empty or jammed.
As for customer service, IMO the stuff money/checks go through before depositing probably touches 10 different peoples hands, and so the changes of one of them screwing up increases and I actually have phone #'s you can call if you've had an issue that'll get you to the right department (instead them giving you the run arounds to 5 different operators).
