His distance was more than adequate, who knows why people do that. I've had people rage at me like that.
I had some guy in a cadillac literally trying to run me off the road once. I was passing him going between napa and highway 80 on HWY 12 at around 8PM. right before it turned into one lane he swerved over right into me as I was attempting to pass him, I slammed on the brakes and managed to avoid the collision. I passed him as I was afraid he was drunk and/or otherwise was a danger.
I got in front of him and he repeatedly attempted to ram my car, I managed to keep in front of him and called 911, he actually stayed soo close to me once I got on 80 and refused to get off my bumper that I had to pull into the weigh station in Cordelia to get him off of me. Who knows what his problem was but I filed a police report and called it done.

The video is good evidence for a criminal assault charge actually. Guy could easily hand the tape over to the PD and lawl all the way home as the guy gets arrested for being a douche on tape.
