Anyone know who this is? Its a blue wrx with huge piaa stickers on it.

I saw that guy on Automall a few weeks ago heading towards 680, made a right before the 76 station... no clue who it is. He has gold rims right??

I don't know but he is pissing me off, he has the same exact stickers as I have had for over a year and I want to know who this guy is.
