Blitz dd or hks ss bov

Blitz or HKS? Which is better and why?

i heard blitz gets jammed.
also...with the hks...u can actually buy something to route some of the bov charge back into the intake.
this is a big problem on stock wrx...or at least in my opinion it is.
many people have claimed that the gear shifts after the bov installation hesitate.

So by redirecting the air you dont get the sound?

yea i think it sounds like stock when u re-route it back to the intake.

the blitz looks nice. it looks like it belongs in the engine bay. it sounds good too.

i have the hks bov and havent noticed any hesitation. hks also said its a pull type bov so its less likely to leak. i have friend with a greddy bov which is a push type and it leaked until we tightened the bolt. the hks is also a dual stage so it has a small valve for low boost and a larger valve for more boost. the hks also has a unique sound and can also be changed by using different inserts.

Greddy type "r". That is the one that I have. It makes a hell of a sound, and you can plumb it to intake.
