SubaruJapanParts is having a black friday sale, Im waiting in my chair for my overnight JDM parts.

 

i dont get black friday, if i camp out for 3 days to save $500 thats $900 missed out on at work so its better for me to pay full price on monday when I dont have to stay out all night lol

 

I just left the shop working late, theres a 24hr starbucks on the way home, HUGE line of cars wrapped around the starbucks and parking lot. f'ing idiots

 

But you arent even paying full price on monday or even during december. Theres always deals to be had in the store or online. Or wait 3 months till feb and the normal price will be the sales price.

it's funny because i know some people that would do that too. and for the amount of time they spent standing in line there, they could have been working instead and got a much better tv or something else. i never understood camping out for like 10+ hours over spending time with others on thanksgiving.

i'm going to go get some tools from lowes lol.

yeah. I considered it but they post up those deals and what they don't tell you is that there are VERY few of those actual units in the building. They're door busters because the first people to bust down the doors get them. They're usually gone within the first 2 minutes of the doors being open. So if you don't camp you don't get it. I wanted to run down there for that TV deal too... talked to a friend of mine and 2 days ago there were people putting tents up in front of the stores. I did a walk through a few days ago and talked to a few people and I think the best buy in Gilroy had like 12 of those TV's.... and about 100 people waiting to get in.

I also considered running out to babies r us to snag a new car seat. I did it 2 years ago and scored big. Had to wrestle some lady over a glide chair. I won.

My wife is having knee surgery in a couple hours so I scratched it. I'll swing by later and see what's left.

Theres always Cyber Monday...

Most the deals are available online today that are in the store, the door busters arent but I dont need a small TV or ****ty camera for a deal. I like sitting in bed and ordering online with free shipping.
