Not much else can keep up with this bike. I'd take this bike personally even over the Suzuki Hayabusa. It's something about this bike...

Yeah.... out of the Yamaha R1, the Suzuki Hayabusa, the Kawasaki Ninja, and the Honda CBRs... I'd take the Yamaha R1 if it came down to it.
The R1 is like one of the most sexiest bikes I've ever seen! Just look at the styling and the stance it's got!
I'm sorry to say but the R1 makes the CBRs look like plain Janes even with their special exhausts in the back. However, CBRs are still nice and deserves to be ranked up there.
The thing is with Busas is that they're draggish. It wasn't meant to really handle and turn cause like you said, it's a heavy slug.
