Both are directed by Guy Ritchie, use a lot of similar plot devices, shots, etc. and are generally comparable.

Two of my favorite movies!! But I'd say ****** for that extra comedic element and the non-understandable Brad Pitt accent lol

Neither, they are both HORRIBLE movies and anyone who watches them should die by a missile attack, and get AIDS and cancer too. (all at the same time)

I prefer Lock Stock, I felt it had more heart.
Rocknrolla is awesome as well.
Sherlock Holmes wasn't too bad.
