Best swaybar combo street/track
Ive tried searching and cant seem to find any solid info.
I'm looking to upgrade my sways on my STi. Whats a good setup for street/track.
Should I go with a 22mm fixed in front and and adjustable 22mm in the rear or a fixed 24mm?
Preferably Whiteline sways

There is really no such thing as "the best" swaybars. Swaybars are just part of the equation that makes for a whole package.
What is your current suspension setup, or what are you ultimately looking to buy?

My personal opinion is to get the larger bars. I am running at 24 up front and running the 24-27 in the back on the middle hole.
I'd recommend getting the white line rear sway bar mounts too. Especially if you plan to track. And I'd get either kartboy or white line end links.
I'd be happy to let you take my car for a spin to see how it is on the road.
It really depends on your driving style. If you like a lot of step out in the back/oversteer, you can run a larger bar back there and nothing up front or just run a set up like mine but full stiff in the rear. If you like a car with a lot of turn in you might even go with a larger front bar. A lot of auto cross guys do this. I like a neutral car so I run the way I run.
I'd highly recommend adjustable bars. Can run them softer on the street and crank them up for the track if you want. Or just change them around to get exactly what you want.
Alignment is gonna make a HUGE difference as well.
I run -1.7 up front and -.8 in the rear. It handles good but you can't really relax as much driving on the street as you could with a stock style set up... more in the rear.
Whiteline is a good choice.

Just get adjustable in the front and rear and play around...I've got stock front, a bigger rear cusco sway, can't really remember the exact number but its on full stiff so I think 24...keeps the car more neutral and I can get the rear to kick out...I hate understeer

Im currently on stock struts with Swift springs. I'm looking to reduce most of the understeer. From your guys input, its best I just buy adjustable front and rear sways and play with the settings until I find something I'm comfortable with.

I planned on upgrading the endlinks with the Kartboy ones.
I just installed RalliTek's sway bar kit and really like it. They are a fixed 22 up front and 24-27 in back and come with beafy rear mounts.
Turin in is way more accurate and I can let the back out when I want.
I've also run Cusco in the past and thought they were great too.

I've got adjustable whitelines 22/22. But understand that the front has 2 notches, so it's really 21.5/22.5 (see whitelines site) and the rear has 3 notches, so it's 21/22/23. That means the adjustable front is not the same as the fixed front. However, I actually prefer the 21.5/21 setup. Bay area roads suck. And after rallyx'ing and realizing just how much suspension independence is important.
I ran 22.5/22 for a long time and it was wonderful at the track (Laguna Seca, Infineon, Thunderhill) where you really want lateral stiffness to help body roll. But I don't like it on the street. Driving on bay area high ways around here makes you hate stiff bars that throw you from side to side.
So.... I recommend ADJUSTABLES and 22mm is about right IMHO.

It really depends on how you want your car to perform. It is generally agreed that you should go bigger than stock in the rear. Subaru's, and pretty much all other cars understeer. Keep in mind that understeer is much safer than oversteer. Like others have said, it really depends on you and your set-up. Things like spring rate, tire pressure, alignment will play into how your car handles. The right size is trial and error. Probably would be good to go with an adjustable bar. That will at least give you another thing you could adjust if needed. Don't forget, you can always compensate elsewhere, such as tire pressure and dampening to get the desired effect. Last note, if you decide to get a bigger bar, definitely upgrade your endlinks and mounts. The threshold for mounts is 22/24mm-ish. You run the risk of mounts failing if you don't upgrade. As for endlinks, I'd upgrade those as well.
On to the front. The front is a little trickier. It really depends on your driving style. Having a bigger bar in the front will give you more response, but will usually take away overall grip. Go smaller, and the effect is opposite. It is totally your preference. You don't necessarily have to upgrade the front. You can always consider upgrading bushings and links only.
I think the best thing to do is get an adjustable bar. You are just going to have to tinker around with it until you find a setting you like.

Adjustable front and rear so you can dial it in. You can't arbitrarily choose a size for the front or rear until you know what they are going to do to your handling. I am currently running the Perrin adjustable 22mm rear with their mounts and endlinks and have the adjustable front with endlinks still waiting to go on. It is a bit twitchy with just the rear on there and it set to full stiff, but on the softest setting it wasn't enough, which is why I bought the front also.

You will hear lots of "bigger front bar will make your car understeer" comments. I found the opposite to be the case. My car was never confidence-inspiring 'till after I upgraded to a 24mm Whiteline adjustable front bar. I had a 22mm Cusco adjustable rear bar almost since the car was new.
If anything, I'd do the front bar first and match the rear to it. The stock front is around 20mm -- 21mm.
