What is your favorite brand of Sake based on taste, not price?

the best that I have tried is Tentaka Kuni

I am sure there are better ones out there, but that was definately the best that I have had. Very good.

Tentaka Silent Stream Ginsho Junmai Daiginjo. Long *** name, but the best I've had. Tastes like that JDM peach water drink mixed with sake. Super smooth. Tastes best cold of course. About $120/bottle. You can get it at this place called True Sake in SF.
