Best priced tires on the Peninsula?

I got an unexpected flat yesterday and have limited funds. Costco or others? The Wheel Works near Hillsdale wants $150 ea. for P Zero Nero M+S. I don't think so.

FALKEN AZENIS ST-115 = round as hell shoulder, do not buy these if you don't want to feel body roll when pushing it through turns.

btw, America's Tires is just about the best deal you'll get. See if you can get the shop to match the price of the online store and pay them to M&B the tires.

Cost of unmounting & disposal, mounting and balancing a new tire, will run you at least $60(usually about $80) for 4 wheels.

I had Pzero Nero M+S tires and loved them! very grippy. a bit louder and harder then the ST 115's, but has more of a square shoulder where as one of the selling points of the ST-115 is a rounded shoulder so you don't have to modify your suspension/fenders.

eg.
I ran 215/45/17 PZero Nero's on my 04 wagon, and rubbed a *tiny* bit on the steel link rubber trim on the rear fenders. very, very mild though.

After lowering my car I had to take the rubber trim off cause I rubbed when hitting dips hard on back roads.

I put 225/45/17 Falken ST-115's on and have no rubbing issues. Though this is most definitely due to rounder shoulders.

Once I am done with the Falkens I may try another brand, but if I can't find what I want I will probably go the the nero's again.

Tires are one thing you don't want to skimp on unless you're Long_Travel_Wrx.

I thought the P-Zero's were really quiet. Since I am totally poor I am now trolling the classifieds for wheels and tires. If anyone has some tread at all on a 205-55-16 I will take them!

+1 for McDrama, I run 225/40/18 PZero Nero M+S cause of his recommendations on this site. Nice tires! I got the 18" wheels and Tires +Insurance for $1057 Shipped from tires.com which is American Tire's online store.

No I didn't even with the Spec C suspension. The only thing is when I take a normal street corner hard (like when there's no one around and my kid is not in the car, like 0.001% of the time) I rub a tiny bit but that's about it. I might remove the rubber fender though.
