I quickly finished up, got dressed, and ran out of the house as quickly as I could. I am expecting my gf to break up with me tomorrow. I am so embarrassed and I hope my gf doesn’t blabber about this, Ill die if anyone else finds out.

What I don't get is why this is SO embarrassing. You got caught taking a dump - big whoop. The only thing is you were doing it backwards . Weird? Sure. Mortifying? Hardly.
Honestly, if that were me, I'd be like "meh" and explain to the family what I was trying to do. They might get a laugh out of it.
