actually that is what happened.. he did have one drink but hours before he drove and he was driving his wife's car and they have different leg lengths and he couldnt reach her extended peddles. But all and all he got a lawyer and was let off of charges due to his medical condition.. lol i watched the court episode they had and the cop was a dick to him.
