first off, who the hell would even WANT that as a lic plate, even if they could get it??? And second, the best you could hope for is someone would get the joke and try to get next to you just to see what kind of twisted pervert you were!
Counterpoint: Goatse is an actual real last name, so maybe this poor fool didnt realize the internet no-no he was committing when he got his name on his plate, and is always baffled by the constant puzzled looks he gets from other people on the freeway
