Best burger everrrr.
This is seriously, not only the best burger I've ever made, but the best burger I've ever had.
•1lb Good quality minced beef
•1/4 Cup Guinness draught beer (I used the real Guinness stout, and about 1/3rd of a cup)
•2 Tsp Dry mustard (use English mustard for a nice kick)
•1/4 Tsp Ground ginger
•2 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
•1 Tsp salt
•1/2 Tsp Ground black pepper
•2 Tbsp Butter
•1/4 Cup Spring onions, finely chopped
I forgot the mustard and don't care too much for onions, so I left those out. I topped it with some Whole Foods brand Tangy BBQ sauce, Provolone cheese, and bacon.
You owe it to yourself and god to make this burger.

Yes, two tablespoons of butter per pound of beef. I used 80/20 beef and used less butter.
For those wondering, stouts give meat a "meatier" flavor. I used the real Guinness (extra stout) because the "draught" stuff is pretty weak in flavor in comparison.

It really isn't that hard to do these. Just soften the butter so you can mix it in with everything else. Put everything in a bowl and mush it up with your hands. I divided the whole mixture into 3 patties and BBQ'ed it on high (front two burners on high, back burner off) 4 minutes on each side, then 2 minutes with the BBQ sauce on it and cheese.

I really need to get a bigger place so I can BBQ at home since BBQing drunk at football games doesn't always work out!
