I wanted to see Kaki on Friday night at the Freight and Salvage Coffee House in Berkeley but the tickets are sold out. I'm considering buy scalped tickets at the show.

I was wondering if anyone has gone to F&S and bought scalped tickets? Or maybe someone works there and can get me a pair.

I work there but was out of town last week.
were you able to get in? there are usually a few either standing room- or else folks who couldn't come at the last minute, so if you tried I'd be surprised to hear you didn't get in.

I did sound for her last time she was there, she is quite amazing.

 

Yeah, I got in. It was an awesome show. It was also my first time at the Freight and Salvage, and I'll be sure to look into future shows there.

 

It is a pretty cool place, some people don't like that we don't serve beer or wine even, but there are a couple of bars and pubs in the 'hood so you can put your buzz on before and renew it at break.

It's nice getting out before midnight most nights too.

And we get some great acts
