I was looking through the daily online deals and found the Beltronics RX65 radar detector for a REALLY good deal and thought I'd share it with you guys. I've been using this radar detector for a few years now and found it to be extremely reliable and have saved me a few times. Look on eBay for "RX65 hard wire" or something like that. I have it hooked up to my autodim mirror connection. Let me see if I can find the instructions....

 

Here's what I followed to hardwire my radar detector. I didn't use the bracket mod. Just mount it with the suction cups it came with.
