Beltronics RX65 Radar Detector for $200 (link inside)

Hey guys,

I was looking through the daily online deals and found the Beltronics RX65 radar detector for a REALLY good deal and thought I'd share it with you guys. I've been using this radar detector for a few years now and found it to be extremely reliable and have saved me a few times. I paid around $400(?) for it at the time, but it has definitely paid off itself.

Google "RX65 vs Valentine 1" to see how they compare.

Here's the deal:

Newegg has the Beltronics RX65 Blue Radar-Laser Detector for a low $199.99 + $1.99 Shipping after Coupon Code: RADAR1119 (Exp 11/30). Tax in CA, NJ, TN.

Full X, K, SuperWide Ka, and Safety Warning System radar capability, digital "POP" radar alert, and Safety Warning System message display. Immune to VG-2 radar detector detection, so law enforcement cannot detect its use.

What else would you need to buy to hardwire it in, instead of using the cig lighter?

Look on eBay for "RX65 hard wire" or something like that. I have it hooked up to my autodim mirror connection. Let me see if I can find the instructions....

Here's what I followed to hardwire my radar detector. I didn't use the bracket mod. Just mount it with the suction cups it came with.

Only catch is the shipping looks like it has it coming late Dec. (23rd) probably due to them running out of their original stock.

They also mention free one day shipping which is not an option but I think you could easily send an email and have that rectified.
