Beautiful Day on Mt. Hamilton

I had the day off today, so my girlfriend and I drove up to Mt. Hamilton, since she has never been there before. On the way up, a Black Mazda Protege coming the other way came around a blind corner with its front wheels sliding out and threw rocks all across my hood and my windshield Thanks

So we got up there, took the Mt. Hamilton tour. There is a siesmagraph(sp) with a digital temperature gauge right near it. It was 39° up on the hill. It was cold up there.

Fun drive up and down. Just thought I would share my day with y'all!

sucks to hear that you were on the recieving end of a FWD rock shower, but it sounds like the rest of the drive was pretty pleasant. Mt. Hamilton is such a fun road, and makes for a nice view when you get to the top. did you come home down hamilton, or did you head out to livermore down Mines?

No we went back down the same way we came. We also went hiking down by Joseph D. Grant Park when we came down. There is a man made lake right there that we walked around and heard a whole bunch of cows MOOOOOING!!!!
