hehe, the whole area where I work was out of power, then my building went on, and everything across the street from me on both side (I'm on the corner) was still out...they got a little pissed about that. (=

 

At the store we had power for a little over an hour total today. I went back at 10:00 tonight to get the shop-vac (see me "who else is flooding" thread) and the power was still out.

Its funny, because when I asked my boss earlier today what we were going to do about tomorrow if the power is still out all he said was "well the wind is letting up, so it should be out"

 

yes, i failed...

 

no no...I think he meant the tree failed at being a destructive tree...

i JUST got my power back! friday 7:30am - saturday 3:30am, ridiculous if u ask me......

hehe, there are peope that lost it last night that they are saying won't get it back till sunday afternoon...

 

lost power friday morning around 6am, left my apartment at noon Saturday, still no power.

had to leave - too much time without power, now all of our food is shot AND my roomates exotic fish are going to die due to lack of filtration and heat.

my apartment is in the presidio, sf.

 

that sucks, you don't know how important electricity is until you are without it. how bad did the presidio get hit? when i was driving down pine this morning, there's branches every where. hard to imagine how the presidio would be like with so many more trees.
