Bugeyed sedan around 9AM on the bay bridge going towards the east bay. It had a kit, exhaust, and maybe an STi swap? Had STi badge on trunk. I was in the old school wagon.

1045am 04-05 Aspen White on evergreen road near 101 on ramp threw up the peace sign got it returned! If you are on this boardd I was driving from EVC I don't know if you saw but there was a red v6 mustang with twin pipes. Sounded like a honda when he was gunning up the hill =\
