680S by the Alcosta exit at 12:45PM today. A 04-05 white WRX wagon with an american flag sticker on the lower left hand corner of the back window. The car was lowered with grey Rotas, exhaust, and tint. I exchanged waves with the guy driving. Looked clean yo!

saw a white sti heading east on hwy 12 in santa rosa... the only thing that i spotted to tell it different from others is that it had a santa rosa chevy liscence plate frame on it.
i was in my silver wrx and got off at the fairgrounds exit.
