Black 06, i believe, STi. I threw a V and as I passed it was a nice looking girl. I was in the silver 05 STi going towards dixon landing road. What up happy friday!

6:15 PM WRB/Gold STi with a trimmed front plate at the toll plaza.

Think that may have been me! I just moved to San Jose, From Kansas City. I had a straight pipe on then, put a prodrive on and now I can't believe how much slower my STI is!!! Dang California laws... what are the odds of me getting away with having the straight pipe on here still? Since it is so small? thanks for any heads up guys. and I hope to meet you!

 

Were you wearing shades and did you have a female passenger? If so that was you! Nice car. Some people run straight pipes, but it might attract too much attention because of the volume.

 

Spotted a parked dark grey '06 TR in McCarthy Ranch. It had Carlsen plates and The Club!

one parked on 17th st near franklin in oakland around 6:30pm

one driving eastbound on ashby by mcarthur bart around 9:30pm

 

I run with straight pipes in the bay area. Just don't be stupid and run it at 7 grand through town all the time and you'll be fine. Mine looks closer to stock than all the coffee cans out there so it attracts less attention.

 

yesterday afternoon at the bike shop at the T-intersection of Harbor and ECR in belmont, spotted a white GC Outback wagon w/ carbon hood, 05 WRX stock rims ( bronze-ish )with blue lugs, and exhaust. nice wag man

 

Yeah i rev'd at him once to get his attention... he just rolled up his window and looked foreward...

Not much done yet (Typhoon and Straight Pipe, Strut bars, Cleared headlights,Pink I, this weekend the Fender signals go on! YIPEE! ) and I just drove here so it was dirty!! it kills me but no good self car washes I have found yet ;-) We where heading to IKEA.

Everyone - Thanks for all the info. I love the way the Prodrive looks but it jsut made me loose too much Torque to keep... and hey the straight pipe is just so bad a$$ that I can't get away from that pure rally sound... it just isn't right having it quiet again!! ;-)

seen a white 04/05 sedan wrx in the parking garage of century theatres friday night. parked right next to guy and said wassup. yo on here? i had the silver sedan wrx with sti badges and lowered with exhaust and dark rims.

 

Saw hella outbacks and legacys up in tahoe last tuesday when i went up there. Waved lots of times, threw a V everytime, and high beamed and honked every subie i met up there. Didn't get any love back .......

I do that too, mostly to the Legacys...and most of the people that I do that with just look at me like I am crazy...

 

Just a wee bit too parnoid ... Work on 8th floor of 1875 ... There are a few others in the lot and I've noticed a nice evo 'lurking' around there as well.
