Around 1pm, Morgan Hill Cochrane road shopping center.
Silver '04/'05 WRX wagon parked in front of Ross. Tinted windows. Hitch. 4EAT. License plate ends in 133.
Driver was an Asian girl.

Saw a black sti with tint and I think it was a girl maybe guy with long hair, couldnt tell with the tint. You were on capital expressway, made a left turn on silver creek i think.

04- 05 PSM wrx on great mall parkway. i was making a left to get onto 880 going south and you made a right to get onto the freeway as well. Had wheels, rims, suspension.
