that's me, I'm at fort funston every weekend walking my dog.....didn't see your bugeye....
Not in the bay, but on sunday I went to hollister hills and saw a wrb sedan w/ aftermarket wing and wheels in the campground. I waved but was having too much fun to stop.

blue 04 wrx in the 2nd floor garage of valley fair near copelands sporting goods store. you had silver wheels, some kind of racing crew sticker on your rear window and tein stickers on your trunk and driver side fender. you also had gauges on your a- pillar. anyways, clean ride.
i was the other blue 04 with gold wheels parked on the opposite side of you.
