Seen Red WRX in Fremont - car was lowered on stock rims, tinted windows, exhaust and bov....from what I could see and hear. He was a white guy driving towards Lake Elizabeth (near dog park) area.

spotted yesterday afternoon, around 5, a blue bugeye sedan turning left off of Willow Pass Rd. onto market, i think. had what i think is a Vivid Racing bodykit and HKS carbon-ti. exhaust, and Subaru sticker on top center of windshield
spotted a blk wrx with a aftermarket spoiler and lowered with stock rims and exhaust on 101 going south around 10pm and exiting 280/680 interchange. you were going 80-85 mph

Last night, driving up Solano Ave in Berkeley, I saw a parked WRB STi with gold BBS's and then a few blocks later, a WRB bugeye wagon with bronze or gunmetal SDRs, not sure it was too dark. Second time I've seen the wagon there though.
