Saw a dark red na forester with black lettering around 145 on highway 1 in santa cruz. Exhaust and hawaii plates. Deuces, shaka and honks exchanged lol.

645 am on 17 south towards santa cruz. This ugly thing...unfunctional voltex style diffuser.....smelled even worse than it looked. Sorry if you are a member here.....license plate ninex

WRB GD STi, I think. Don't recall what year, possibly 04/05; was significantly lowered with flashy wheels. Passed by on Woodside in Redwood City around 11:30am.
