'twas me then. I have "because rally car" and a bostonmotorsports decal on the back window. I always see a lot of 02-07 sedans in that area of Santa Clara but they never ever waive

So I replayed the video & zoomed in as much as I could. Here's the info I could get.

Plate: 6TEV616
Phone Number was fuzzy but it looked like (408) 873-4452? The first part was somewhat clear but the last *452* was real fuzzy. Morale of the story - if you want to sell your car don't blow by potential customers...

For anyone interested, it's a sports but not an XT. It's an automatic. It has a salvage title.
