Around 1040pm heading on I-680 towards mission blvd. 04-07 sedan possiblly psm or dgm with wide wheels and nice aftermarket exhaust (hks style or similar). Flew by and flashed my hazards.

Last night @ about 11:45 on the fish hook in santa cruz going towards capitola from 17.
04-05 sti I think it was black. Rounded the hook on the inside and flashed my hazards as I rolled by.
