Its easy to do! Search for isis blast pipes or aspec blast pipes on google/ebay. Order one and take it to a muffler shop and ask them to either make you an axleback (and use your current midpipe) or chop the muffler off your current axleback and weld the tips on...shouldn't be more than $200 for tips and less for the welding costs
I've got something similar but with magnaflow tips so they don't stick out so far - got a few pictures in my garage pics to the left

At the safeway/580 marketplace on castro valley by crow canyon -Dark blue 08+ hatchback with a loud exhaust, maybe EL headers? Had grey wheels and no tints on the tailights
