Where at on the road: Next to me then behind me on Sixth street.
Color of car: Blue
Model of the subaru: WRX Wagon
Description: Stock looking from what I can tell. He ended up behind me before I turned right onto Howard. Driver was wearing a beanie. Driver didn’t wave back so I took off.
Particle of their lic plate (dont post the whole lic plate ok): I didn’t see
Time: 11:30am or so
Date: 10/4/2003 or 10/5/2003, can’t remember
Where at on the road: 280S going toward Daly City
Color of car: Silver
Model of the subaru: WRX Sedan
Description: At least had an exhaust, asian guy w/sunglasses and girl next to him, he didn’t wave and in fact put no effort, so I took off.
